For mortgage loans larger than Jumbo Conforming, all the way up to $3 million,  we find our solutions in the Super Jumbo market.  Super Jumbo mortgages do not have the secondary market backing as do their conforming and jumbo conforming counter parts, which makes identifying lending solutions for this particular mortgage product that much more difficult. 30 year fixed products in this market niche are available, but harder to come by. In addition, this particular market requires a larger equity position for qualifying and does have higher interest rates. You should expect the process to take a little longer as well. Regardless, this 30 year fixed works exactly like its smaller mortgage relatives, fixed payment for the life of the loan.
